About the project
The Picnic Wine & Provisions website was the first step in marketing their new company in 2019. We worked with the client and their logo designer to come up with a website that had the look and feel of what they needed to accomplish. This site is a WordPress site using an “off the shelf” WordPress theme that has been customized to deliver the impact the client was looking for. This is a great way to speed the web development process, deliver a superior site and works for the client’s tight budget.
About the client
Picnic Wine & Provisions offers a Rogers Park (Chicago) destination for fine wines, gourmet food and gift baskets: All things “picnic”. Owned and operated by local entrepreneur, Liz Ahearn, Picnic brings people together to share ideas and get to know their neighbors over wine, food and art. Picnic embraces the changing seasons with a sustainably sourced, rotating menu, and aligns with community needs for an inclusive, safe place for all. Public and private events highlight art openings, musical gatherings, wine tastings and classes. Come in for your groceries and stay for a glass of wine and inspiring conversation in a comfortable setting.
